ADAM (About Digital And Me) is a tool to help you find the technology you need. It is based on trusted recommendations from the dementia community and from the Alzheimer Scotland team of experts. ADAM will ask you some questions about your needs and preferences, after which it will recommend a list of potentially useful technologies.

All the products that ADAM recommends have been tried and tested by people living with experience of dementia.
